By downloading, installing, or using Elite Rank ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute an End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Elite Rank. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Elite Rank grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App or its underlying code, including the EQ algorithm.
Elite Rank offers a Pro subscription with the following plans:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Free Trial: If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. After the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes Account Settings on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
The Elite Quotient (EQ) is a proprietary statistical model. It is for entertainment and scouting purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of rankings, predictions, or analytics. We are not responsible for club placement, team selection, or scholarship outcomes based on EQ data.

Violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
Our goal differential is capped at 5 to promote sportsmanship. Users agree that this is a core feature of the EQ system and that scores beyond this cap do not influence rankings.
Per 2026 regulations, users under 16 must have accounts managed via Apple Family Sharing or Google Family Link. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of Elite Rank and for any purchases made under their family account.
You may permanently delete your account at any time through the in-app Permanent Delete button (Pro tab > Privacy Center > Permanent Delete). Account deletion will remove all your data and cancel any active subscriptions associated with your account. This action is irreversible.
All content, features, and functionality of Elite Rank — including the EQ algorithm, UI design, team data aggregations, and branding — are the exclusive property of Elite Rank and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Rank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on EQ rankings.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of Elite Rank after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
